Key Responsibilities
1. Hardware Support
Setup, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals for office employees.
Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues (printers, scanners, office equipment).
Perform regular maintenance and system upgrades.
Maintain accurate records of IT hardware inventory.
Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding by preparing and managing hardware assets.
2. Software Support
Install and configure operating systems and approved software.
Provide end-user assistance for software-related issues.
Support during software upgrades and patch installations.
3. Network Support
Perform basic troubleshooting for LAN/Wi-Fi issues.
Assist in maintaining network devices (switches, routers, access points).
Provide support for VPN connections for secure access to company resources.
4. General Responsibilities
Log IT issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Follow company IT policies to ensure data security and compliance.
Communicate effectively with employees, offering clear guidance and support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma in Computer Hardware (minimum qualification).
Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
Hands-on experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and printers.
Familiarity with Windows OS and common software installations.
Strong problem-solving and proactive approach to technical challenges.
Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
Work Schedule
Regular office hours (on-site, India office).
Primary focus on

, with additional responsibilities for software and network assistance.
