Job Summary



The IT Technician is responsible for providing technical support, maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization's technology infrastructure. This role involves responding to user inquiries, managing IT equipment, and assisting with system upgrades and network maintenance.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support



Provide first- and second-level support for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve problems with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals. Respond to help desk tickets, emails, and phone requests in a timely manner.

System & Network Maintenance



Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications. Assist with maintaining local area networks (LAN), wireless networks, and internet connectivity. Perform routine system monitoring, backups, and performance tuning.

Equipment Setup & Inventory



Set up new workstations, servers, and authorized software. Maintain inventory of IT equipment and track hardware lifecycle. Assist with hardware repairs, upgrades, and replacements.

Security & Compliance



Implement and follow cybersecurity best practices. Ensure systems and data comply with organizational policies and standards. Support antivirus, patching, and system security updates.

Documentation & Training



Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations. Provide basic user training on hardware, software, and security practices. Contribute to knowledge base articles for internal use.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
