Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Trainer to lead our internship programs for IT profiles, including but not limited to Dot Net Developer, Data Scientist, React Developer, QA Engineer, and other IT profiles. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in these domains with at least 2+ years of practical experience, coupled with a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop comprehensive training modules tailored to each IT profile, ensuring alignment with industry standards and emerging trends. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to interns, covering theoretical concepts, practical applications, and real-world scenarios. Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to interns, assisting them in mastering technical skills, problem-solving, and project execution. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously update training content and curriculum based on evolving technologies and market demands. Assess interns' progress and performance through regular evaluations, assignments, and project reviews, providing constructive feedback for improvement. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional development. Stay abreast of industry developments, tools, and methodologies to enhance training effectiveness and relevance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following IT profiles: Dot Net Developer, Data Scientist, React Developer, QA Engineer, or similar roles. Proven track record of designing and delivering technical training programs, workshops, or seminars. Strong proficiency in relevant technologies, frameworks, and tools associated with each IT profile. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively. Demonstrated ability to mentor and support individuals at various skill levels, fostering a conducive learning environment. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies as required. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Trainer, Certified Scrum Trainer) would be a plus.
