We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused IT Technical Support professional to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. The role involves supporting hardware, software, networks, and users with timely solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and track IT project progress, conduct testing, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain and update company websites regularly.
Handle software and hardware installations, upgrades, and general system maintenance.
Oversee and support the company's computer network infrastructure.
Assist managers with technical requirements and IT-related aspects of company operations.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of computer hardware & operating systems.
Basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting tools.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Valid 2-wheeler & 4-wheeler driving license.
