In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation, while building strong relationships with both candidates and clients. You'll collaborate closely with Account Managers, Delivery Leads, and Client Services to deliver a seamless hiring experience.
Responsibilities:
Source and engage qualified IT professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
Conduct initial screenings and technical assessments to align candidates with client needs
Build and maintain pipelines across diverse IT skill sets (developers, engineers, analysts, etc.)
Partner with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements and priorities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: posting, interviewing, submissions, and negotiations
Track candidate activity and pipeline progress in ATS/CRM systems
Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups
Qualifications:
2+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally within IT staffing
Knowledge of a wide range of IT roles, skills, and technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, etc.)
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and similar tools
Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation abilities
Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., JobDiva) preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field preferred
