Coordination with candidates from interview till onboarding Desired Candidate Profile Excellent communication skills Must have 4 years in technical recruitment Strong sourcing skills and must have experience in Job boards and other mediums of recruiting Mandatory to have excellent presentation and excel skills Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. Possess strong analytic skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
