We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Support Specialist to join our IT team. This is an Mid-level role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting colleagues, and learning about software and systems in a business environment. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day technical assistance and help ensure smooth operation of company software and tools.
KRA: Task / Activities
Provide technical support for company software, applications, and systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by employees via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Install, configure, and update software as required.
Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors when necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and user guides.
Train and assist employees in the effective use of software and tools.
Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions in line with company policies.
Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to resolve product-related issues.
Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge base
Required Skills
Proven experience in a technical support, IT helpdesk, or software support role.
Strong knowledge of common business software (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, ERP/CRM systems, collaboration tools).
Basic understanding of networking, system administration, and IT security principles..
Strong communication skills.
