Lead and manage a team of IT support engineers.
Oversee daily IT operations including desktop, network, and server support.
Provide escalation support for technical issues.
Manage user accounts, O365, and Active Directory.
Monitor IT assets, backups, and system performance.
Coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure issue resolution.
Maintain documentation and ensure SLA compliance.
Implement best IT practices and process improvements.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Networking, O365, and ITIL processes.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience in team handling and client coordination.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT/Computer Science or related field.
