About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

IT Team Lead

with a strong background in

software development, hardware, and networking

. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams while being hands-on with modern technologies including

Node.js, Flutter, React.js, MongoDB, and .NET

. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of IT solutions while ensuring the reliability of infrastructure and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary IT team (developers, network engineers, and system admins). Oversee the design and development of scalable applications using

Node.js, Flutter, React.js, MongoDB, and .NET

. Manage IT infrastructure including

hardware, servers, networking, and security systems

. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of both applications and infrastructure. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Define coding standards, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices. Plan, implement, and monitor IT projects, ensuring timely delivery. Troubleshoot complex issues across hardware, networking, and software layers. Manage system upgrades, migrations, and integrations. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

7+ years of IT experience

with a mix of software, hardware, and networking. Proven experience in

leading and mentoring IT/development teams

. Strong expertise in:

Software:

Node.js, Flutter, React.js, MongoDB, .NET

Hardware/Infrastructure:

Servers, storage, firewalls, switches, routers

Networking:

TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, network security Hands-on experience with

REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations

. Solid understanding of

Agile/Scrum methodologies

. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
