IT Teacher

who can inspire students to explore technology and digital literacy while maintaining a nurturing learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in

Computer Science / Information Technology

for middle and senior school students. Teach topics such as basic computing, programming languages (Python, Java, C++), networking, MS Office, digital literacy, and emerging technologies. Design and assess projects, assignments, and examinations in line with curriculum standards (CBSE). Manage and maintain the computer lab and related IT infrastructure. Foster creativity and curiosity in students towards technology and innovation. Support students in IT-related clubs, competitions, and extracurricular projects. Collaborate with academic staff and participate in school events, assemblies, and community life as part of the residential faculty.

Qualifications & Skills:

Master's degree in

Computer Science / Information Technology / B.Ed.

or equivalent. Teaching experience in a

school setting

(CBSE/ICSE preferred). Strong command of programming, hardware basics, and educational software tools. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. A passion for teaching, mentoring, and living in a residential school environment.
