About the Role
We are looking for a
technically capable, task-driven IT Engineer / Project Coordinator
with a strong foundation in IT and hands-on experience managing projects. The ideal candidate is an engineer at heart--with practical knowledge across IT/OT environments, and the ability to drive projects from start to finish using Agile methodologies and a design thinking mindset.
You will work closely with engineering teams, customers, and partners to deliver results. Excellent communication, initiative, and execution discipline are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate cross-functional IT/OT projects including integrations, networking, and systems operations
Manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables using Agile project management practices
Serve as a communication bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Use a
design thinking
approach to support solution development and user-focused delivery
Track project progress, identify blockers, and proactively resolve issues
Document project plans, meeting notes, technical workflows, and follow-ups
Ensure continuous engagement and alignment with stakeholders across engineering, operations, and customer teams
Required Skills & Experience
7-8 years of experience in IT engineering and technical project coordination
Proven,
working knowledge
(must be demonstrated during interview or practical test) of:
IT Networking
- including switches, routers, and basic troubleshooting
IT Operations
and ITSM processes
Cybersecurity
fundamentals
APIs
and integration workflows
IT/OT systems
(understanding how enterprise systems and industrial systems connect)
Wi-Fi
and
Cellular (4G/5G)
network fundamentals
Hands-on experience managing projects using
Agile methodologies
(Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Strong understanding of
design thinking
principles and their application in tech delivery
Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Excel, or equivalents
Excellent communication skills - fluent in spoken and written English
Highly organized,
proactive

task-oriented
with a strong sense of accountability
Must be available to work during
US Central Time (CT)

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus but Not Mandatory):
PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications
Experience in industrial, logistics, or infrastructure environments
Basic scripting or API testing ability
