The ideal candidate will manage and enhance our cloud productivity environment, secure and maintain endpoints, and provide remote technical assistance to users across the organization, utilizing Microsoft and third-party tools as required by customer environments.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage
Microsoft 365 tenant services
including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
Assign, monitor, and manage
Microsoft 365 licenses
, security groups, and permissions.
Configure and administer
Microsoft Intune (or other MDM/EMM platforms)
for mobile devices, laptops, and desktops.
Enforce
endpoint security, compliance policies
, and manage application deployments.
Provide
remote technical support
for users--troubleshooting connectivity, authentication, and software issues.
Implement and monitor
MFA, Conditional Access, and DLP (Data Loss Prevention)
policies.
Assist in configuring and maintaining
security baselines, patch management, and remote administration tools
.
Utilize
Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM)
platforms to:
Monitor system health, patch compliance, and endpoint performance.
Manage automated patch deployments and updates.
Track alerts, tickets, and remediation activities.
Generate reports for proactive maintenance and capacity planning.
Maintain and update IT documentation,
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
, and configuration records.
Collaborate with IT security and networking teams to maintain a
secure, compliant, and efficient IT environment
.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in
Microsoft 365 administration
, including license management and configuration.
Hands-on experience with
Microsoft Intune
, Endpoint Manager, or similar
MDM/EMM solutions
.
Familiarity with
third-party endpoint management tools
(e.g., VMware Workspace ONE, Jamf, MobileIron, etc.).
Strong understanding of
Windows, macOS, and iOS/iPadOS endpoint configuration, patching, and compliance
.
Knowledge of
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
identity and access management.
Proficiency in
remote support tools
such as Endpoint Manager Remote Assistance, RDP, or comparable third-party solutions.
Excellent
troubleshooting, documentation, and communication
skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Microsoft 365 Certified
: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Enterprise Administrator Expert.
Experience with
PowerShell scripting
for automation.
Familiarity with
firewall, VPN, and remote connectivity solutions
.
Understanding of
cybersecurity frameworks
(CIS Controls, NIST, etc.).
Experience with
Single Sign-On (SSO)
and identity integrations via Entra ID.
Knowledge of
Microsoft 365 license optimization
and billing processes.
Experience with
RMM solutions
, automation policy configuration, and ticketing system integration.
Familiarity with
email security tools
(Mimecast, Proofpoint, Barracuda).
Experience with
backup/archiving solutions
(Veeam, Datto, Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud).
Exposure to
hybrid environments

Knowledge of
IT governance frameworks

compliance audits

Experience in
incident response, cost optimization, and knowledge-base management

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree
in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Minimum 1 year of experience
