Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Building, configuration and operation of Monitoring Solution for IT Systems (Server, Storage, ....)
• Managing, maintaining and administrating File Servers
• Management and maintenance of Virtual Desktop Services (VDI)
• Managing, maintaining and administrating Active Directory
• Maintaining and troubleshooting Active Directory group policies
• Backup & Restore Administration
• User Administration and Access Management
• Build, enhance and maintain tooling and scripts to automate repetitive tasks
• First Level support for IT Server Infrastructure
• Ensuring that computer systems and operating systems are compliant with established configuration and security guidelines
• Participating in system design improvements and performance enhancements

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related Engineering field or a technical training program
• At least five years professional IT experience
• Deep Knowledge of File Server, Active Directory and Group Policy
• Deep knowledge of Infrastructure monitoring and Backup tools
• Good knowledge of Windows scripting (PowerShell)
• Experience in Windows server and virtualization technologies
• Good knowledge of IT operating systems, particularly Windows
• Understanding Networking Fundamentals; TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewalls for secure connectivity
• Basic Knowledge of Azure Cloud
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good organisational skills
• Good time management
• Very good oral and written English skills
• Strong communication skills in an international environment
