We are looking for an experienced System Administrator / IT Systems Engineer to manage and support our IT environments. You will be responsible for administering Linux, Windows, and MacOS systems, maintaining network infrastructure, managing collaboration tools, and ensuring smooth hardware and security operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Linux, Windows, and MacOS operating systems
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including TCP/IP, OSI layers, LAN/WAN
Manage firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless access points
Provide support for account management, log monitoring, and workflow troubleshooting
Administer collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
Install and support CCTV systems, including Hikvision devices and DVR configurations
Handle user provisioning, access control, and escalation of internal system issues
Maintain hardware inventories and manage asset provisioning workflows
Key Skills
Linux, Windows, and MacOS system administration
Networking concepts (TCP/IP, OSI model, LAN/WAN)
Firewall, switch, router, and wireless access point management
Collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom)
CCTV systems and DVR installation/support
User provisioning and access control
Hardware management and inventory
Problem-solving and communication skills
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred)
3-5 years of IT systems administration or engineering experience
Strong knowledge of systems security and network infrastructure
Experience with log monitoring and workflow troubleshooting
