Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. L1-L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, hardware and Windows applications
2. Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls & VPN issues
3. Install, configure & maintain network devices -- routers, switches, APs, Wi-Fi devices, firewalls
4. Basic server administration & troubleshooting
5. Maintain IT asset inventory, licenses & documentation
6. Coordinate with ISPs (Airtel, Jio, broadband), access control & EPABX vendors
7. Support VC devices, AV systems, access control & EPABX
8. Manage backup solutions and AV setups
9. IT procurement: vendor coordination, quotations, purchasing
10. Manage email accounts & Active Directory (user creation, permissions, GPO)
11. Escalate issues and maintain proper documentation
