Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

? Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues faced by users.

? Manage configuration, operation, and maintenance of client-based operating systems.

? Monitor systems daily and promptly respond to security or usability concerns.

? Perform regular backups and verify data integrity.

? Respond to and resolve help desk requests efficiently.

? Upgrade systems, networks, and software to improve performance and security.

? Administer IT infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, malware protection, and databases.

? Regularly review and analyze application/system logs.

? Install, configure, and test computer hardware, software, and related equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Minimum 2+ years of experience in system administration.

? Associate or higher degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

? Strong expertise in server management and infrastructure administration.

? Advanced knowledge of system vulnerabilities, security best practices, and troubleshooting.

? Experience with IT hardware, software, and networking tools.

? Ability to respond to after-hours IT emergencies on a rotational/limited basis.

? Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
