Job Title: IT System Admin Job Summary: The IT System Admin will be responsible for managing the company\'s IT systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks. They will be required to ensure that the company\'s technology resources are optimized for efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate should have excellent technical skills, be well-organized, and have a good understanding of the latest industry trends. Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure hardware and software systems, including servers, workstations, and peripherals
- Manage and maintain the company\'s network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, both independently and with the help of vendors and service providers
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Ensure the security of the company\'s data and systems, and implement appropriate measures to safeguard against unauthorized access and data loss
- Manage user accounts and permissions, and provide technical support to staff as required
- Research and recommend new hardware and software solutions that can improve the company\'s operations and productivity
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT system admin role
- Proficient in using a range of software applications, including operating systems, productivity software, and security software
- Experience with network management, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
- Excellent technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Well-organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
