Zoho Administration & Support
Serve as the primary administrator for Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Desk, Projects, People, Books, etc.).
Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings within Zoho.
Configure, customize, and optimize Zoho apps to align with business processes.
Troubleshoot Zoho-related issues and coordinate with Zoho Support when required.
Create workflows, automation, and dashboards to enhance productivity.
Train and support end-users on Zoho applications.
