We are looking for an experienced

IT Support Manager

with strong expertise in

Zoho applications (Zoho One, Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, etc.)

to lead our IT support operations. The ideal candidate will oversee IT helpdesk operations, manage a support team, and ensure seamless functioning of all business-critical IT systems, with a special focus on

Zoho platform administration, customization, and troubleshooting

Zoho Administration & Support



Serve as the primary administrator for Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Desk, Projects, People, Books, etc.). Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings within Zoho. Configure, customize, and optimize Zoho apps to align with business processes. Troubleshoot Zoho-related issues and coordinate with Zoho Support when required. Create workflows, automation, and dashboards to enhance productivity. Train and support end-users on Zoho applications.
