We are hiring for IT Support For a Fashion Industry

Location: Chennai

Experience - Min 3-4 years

Salary Range - Upto 4.8 LPA

Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma in IT /Computer Science

# System & Network Administration

Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers.

Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user access.

Monitor network performance (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi) and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

Maintain firewalls, VPN configurations, and network security policies.

# Hardware & Software Management

Install, upgrade, and support desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

Manage software licenses and ensure compliance.

Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.

# IT Security

Implement and monitor endpoint protection and antivirus tools.

Manage firewall security rules and alerts.

Conduct regular data backup and recovery tests.

Support cybersecurity policies and awareness.

# Helpdesk & User Support

Provide Level 1/2 support to users for email, applications, and hardware issues.

Troubleshoot login, network access, and application problems.

Document incidents and maintain support logs.

# IT Infrastructure Management

Monitor server health, storage, and performance.

Maintain asset inventory of all IT devices and software.

Coordinate with vendors for AMC, procurement, and repairs.

# Documentation & Reporting

Maintain IT policies, SOPs, and configuration documentation.

Prepare periodic reports on uptime, incidents, and asset status.

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills

# Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS, Windows OS 11, Group Policies.

# Good understanding of networks: TCP/IP, VPN, switches, routers, firewalls.

# Experience with Office 365 Shopify/ Email management.

# Experience with endpoint security tools (Sophos, Trend Micro, etc.).

# Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Good communication and user-handling skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
