Authority and Qualification

Education background and specialization: IT engineering bachelor's degree or above. Working experience: 1-3 years' experience in IT support related industries (Graduated can be considered if proven experience and/or internships) Living in Chennai, India Very good English and communication skills

Responsibilities

Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components locally - Identify repairs to be handled and support components identification/cost validations. Ensuring the security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices. Maintaining and updating technical/monitoring documentation regularly Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation Ability to build/manage/support internal support documents (cost matrix/hardware-software matrix) Have synthetical mindset in multicultural environment.
Technical skills requirements and abilities:

Office 365

User account creation, archiving, license assignment and use of groups

Microsoft Exchange

Managing email accounts including using mail flow rules, delegation, use of GAL's forwarding and auto response

Azure

Use of Azure to manage user accounts, look at suspicious activity, manage security, including bitlocker key recovery, manage virtual machines including virtual hardware maintenance

SharePoint

To include site creation, access right administration, backup and recovery

PC administration

BIOS configuration for UEFI and secure boot with Bitlocker encryption, remote installation of Windows 10, upgrades, and maintenance in an AzureAD environment, use of and ability to change different languages, keyboard layouts, regional settings etc

Domain Administration

Internet domain management including how name records and DNS works

Networking

Local and internet configuration as well as VPN use and configuration.

License Management

Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk, Dassault - knowledge of different types of license tools.

Hardware Management

Remote asset management, configuration, policy creation, testing and deployment using Zoho Desktop Central ManageEngine, Solarwinds or any other

ISMS

Both complying with and assisting in the development and rollout of the TISAX ISMS and other regulations that may be applied within the company

Program language

Even not a key point , ability to support/develop some inhouse programs tools would be appreciated
