Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for computer systems, hardware, and software. Troubleshoot issues related to networks, printers, and system performance. Install, configure, and maintain systems, applications, and basic network setups. Maintain IT inventory and ensure system security. Assist staff with email setup, login issues, and software installations. Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance. Maintain logs of IT issues and resolutions.

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, and operating systems. Familiar with MS Office and email configuration. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and support multiple users.
