Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware (PCs, printers, networks) & software applications. Provide on-site/remote support, repairs, and maintenance. Ensure system security, backups, and user training. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent. 2+ years experience in IT support. Knowledge of Windows (10 Pro, 11), networking (VPN, crimping, ensuring network connectivity etc.), and software installations. Strong problem-solving IT skills required. Valid driver's license required.
