Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Technical Support



Provide on-site support for computers, laptops, projectors, I Q Panels, printers, and biometric devices. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for teachers, admin staff, and students. Install and configure operating systems, software applications, and updates.

2. Network & System Management



Monitor and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity across the school. Manage user accounts, passwords, and access controls. Ensure data backup, system security, and antivirus updates.

3. Classroom Technology Support



Provide timely support for smart classrooms, I Q equipment, and online teaching tools. Assist teachers during online/hybrid classes and ensure devices are functional. Maintain projectors, speakers, and interactive panels.

4. Inventory & Maintenance



Maintain IT asset records (computers, cables, projectors, routers, etc.). Schedule regular preventive maintenance of IT equipment. Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, AMC, and service requests.

5. Software & Platform Support



Support school ERP (MCB), attendance systems, LMS, and communication apps. Assist staff with email setup, software login issues, and digital tools. Ensure smooth functioning of CCTV monitoring software, if applicable.

6. Event Support



Provide technical setup for school events, presentations, competitions, and meetings. Manage audio-visual equipment during assemblies and programmes.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
