Job Description
An
IT Support Engineer
provides technical assistance and support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.Key responsibilities include:
Installing, configuring, and maintaining
desktops, laptops, and printers
. Providingremote and on-site technical support
to users. Troubleshootingoperating system, software, and network connectivity
issues. Managinguser accounts, passwords, and permissions
. Ensuring propersystem updates, antivirus, and backup management
. Coordinating with vendors forhardware repair or replacement
. Maintaining dailyservice and call logs
.Qualification & Skills:
Diploma / Degree in
Computer Science, IT, or Electronics
. Basic knowledge ofNetworking (LAN/WAN, IP, DNS, DHCP)
. Experience withWindows OS, MS Office, and basic server handling
. Excellentproblem-solving and communication
skills. Certifications likeCCNA, MCSA, CompTIA A+
are preferred.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
