Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, network, and system issues.

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet issues.

Provide support for Windows, MS Office, email configuration (Outlook/Gmail), and other applications.

Monitor and maintain IT assets, inventory, and software licenses.

Set up new user accounts and ensure proper access control and security settings.

Assist in backup, antivirus, and data recovery tasks.

Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and service contracts.

Log and track IT issues using ticketing system.

Key Skills Required:

Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Familiarity with Active Directory, firewalls, routers, and switches.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple support requests.

Qualification:

Diploma / B.Sc / BCA in IT, Computer Science or related field

Certifications like CCNA, MCP, CompTIA A+ / N+ are a plus

Exp.: 1 to 5 years

Salary: 20000 to 40000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
