Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Staff at Skybook Global(TM). The IT Support Staff will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, and ensuring the smooth functioning of information technology systems. The role also involves providing help desk support to end-users.
Qualifications
Technical Support and Basic Desktop troubleshooting skills
Experience with desktop computers
Knowledge of information technology systems
Ability to provide help desk support
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Relevant certifications in IT support or related field
Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Installing and managing software's like Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects etc.
