IT Support Staff
with hands-on knowledge in:
Basic computer hardware & PC repairing
LAN networking & cable setup
CCTV installation & configuration
Printer setup and troubleshooting
Server installation and basic system support
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot hardware and network issues
Install and maintain CCTV systems and related software
Set up printers, servers, and workstations
Respond to technical support requests on-site or remotely
Ensure system uptime and basic IT infrastructure maintenance
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, IP, router configuration)
PC hardware assembling and repair
CCTV installation (DVR/NVR)
OS installation and basic server knowledge
Problem-solving and technical communication skills
Eligibility:
IT diploma / hardware & networking certification preferred
Freshers with practical skills are welcome
Should be willing to travel locally if needed
