Key Responsibilities
Manage and support
Google Workspace
, including user accounts, email configuration, and collaboration tools.
Oversee
Shopify management
, handling store setup, product management, and troubleshooting issues.
Administer
LastPass
, ensuring secure user onboarding, policy compliance, and adherence to security best practices.
Design and implement
advanced data sharing and access management
protocols to maintain secure and efficient data workflows.
Develop and maintain
SOPs
for all IT-related processes to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.
Create and manage a process to
record shared access
across systems and applications for accountability and security.
Manage
Amazon seller accounts
, including product listings, order fulfillment, and customer support.
Utilize
Twilio
,
3CX
, and
Lark
to support communication and collaboration needs.
Leverage
APIs
to fetch data from various portals and generate detailed reports for analysis and decision-making.
Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders in
fluent English
, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT support, with hands-on expertise in the specified tools and platforms.
Proven expertise in
Google Workspace administration
(user management, email, and collaboration tools).
Proficiency in
Shopify management
(store setup, product management, and troubleshooting).
Experience in
LastPass administration
, including user onboarding, policy enforcement, and security practices.
Strong knowledge of
data sharing and access management
principles and implementation.
Demonstrated ability to create and maintain
SOPs
for IT processes.
Practical experience with
Amazon seller account management
(listings, fulfillment, and customer service).
Familiarity with
Twilio

APIs
for data retrieval and reporting.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements / Preferences
Certifications in Google Workspace, Shopify, or related areas are highly desirable.
