: -IT Support Specialist



Managed technical assistance by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for end-users, handling tasks like setup, maintenance, user account management, and system upgrades while ensuring smooth operations, often via helpdesk tickets, to maintain employee productivity and IT infrastructure security. Key responsibilities include resolving user issues, installing/configuring tech, managing user access, performing system checks, training staff, and documenting support activities.



Key Responsibilities



User Support: Respond to and resolve technical issues (hardware, software, network, mobile) from employees via phone, email, chat, or in-person.

Installation & Configuration: Set up new hardware (computers, printers, phones) and install/update software and drivers.

Maintenance & Upgrades: Perform routine checks, update systems, apply patches, and manage backups to ensure optimal performance and data security.

Account Management: Create and manage user accounts, email addresses, and access permissions for new hires and existing staff.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose root causes of technical problems and implement solutions to minimize downtime.

Documentation: Log all service requests, update ticket statuses, and maintain IT system documentation.

Training: Educate users on effective use of software, hardware, and security best practices. [ZOHO ERP tools knowledge must]

Essential Skills & Knowledge

A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar.

3-5 years of experience as an IT support specialist.

In-depth knowledge of Zoho Software tool MUST or equivalate ERP software, and networks.

Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users. Strong communication & interpersonal skills to explain complex tech clearly.

Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS), common software, and hardware


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,990.71 - ?40,091.32 per month

Work Location: In person
