The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and resolving complex IT issues, managing client relationships with professionalism, and proactively ensuring system reliability and security.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain client computer systems, software, and network devices.
Respond to IT support requests (onsite and remote) and ensure timely resolution.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues with minimal downtime.
Provide guidance, training, and knowledge transfer to clients on proper system and application use.
Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and best practices.
Prepare accurate task reports, maintain logs, and track service requests in a structured manner.
Recommend and implement IT solutions that align with client needs and business goals.
Escalate critical issues as needed while ensuring prompt follow-up and closure.
Requirements
2+ years of proven experience
in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration roles (prior client-facing experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of
Windows operating system environment
.
Hands-on experience with
networking systems (LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, VPNs)
.
Familiarity with
cloud platforms (Google Workspace, or similar)
.
Experience with
scripting/automation tools
(e.g. PowerShell, Batch Scripts).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users in English.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a high-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications such as
CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified, or CCNA
.
Experience in supporting IT infrastructure for international clients.
Prior experience in a
night-shift environment
will be an added advantage.
