We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce / Online Sales Executive to join our digital team. You will be responsible for managing the company's online sales platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and supporting the growth of our e-commerce channels. This role is perfect for someone who understands digital commerce and wants to grow in the fashion and lifestyle sector.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings across the company's website and other e-commerce platforms (titles, descriptions, pricing, images).
Monitor and update inventory to ensure accurate stock visibility.
Process online orders, coordinate with the logistics/warehouse team for smooth dispatch and delivery.
Track customer orders, returns, exchanges, and resolve customer issues related to online purchases.
Plan and implement online promotions, offers, product launches, and campaign activities.
Assist the marketing team with digital promotions, including social media, email campaigns, and Google Ads.
Analyze web traffic and sales data to suggest improvements in product visibility and conversion rates.
Optimize the user experience (UX) of the e-commerce website -- navigation, speed, mobile-friendliness.
Coordinate with designers/photographers for visual content (product images, banners).
Stay updated with e-commerce trends and competitor activity.

BCA or MCA or Diploma
