Job Title: IT Support SpecialistJob SummaryWe're seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and assistance to our employees and stakeholders. The successful candidate will resolve IT-related issues, manage tickets, and ensure smooth logistics support.

Key Responsibilities1. Ticket Management: Receive, prioritize, and resolve IT-related tickets in a timely and efficient manner.

2. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network issues.

3. Logistics Support: Coordinate with vendors, logistics teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of IT equipment and services.

4. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.

5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT issues, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.

Requirements1. Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.

3. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.

4. Certifications: CompTIA A+ or equivalent certifications are desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?216,000.00 per year
