4. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT issues, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
Requirements1. Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
3. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
4. Certifications: CompTIA A+ or equivalent certifications are desirable.
