You'll ensure our team has the tools and support to work efficiently by promptly resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for technical issues via chat, email, and video calls
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related problems
• Install and configure software and applications
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and tools
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes for new and exiting employees
• Document technical issues and solutions to build a knowledge base
