About the Role:
Were looking for an IT Infra Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for technical support, ensuring smooth daily operations of laptops, network equipment, and local IT infrastructure.
In this hands-on role, youll be responsible for maintaining and supporting Windows and macOS devices, managing local network hardware (switches, access points), and assisting with software deployment, user onboarding, and general IT troubleshooting.
Youll play a vital role in ensuring that employees have a secure, reliable, and productive IT environment.
What Youll Do:

  • Provide end-user support for hardware and software issues on Windows laptops, MacBooks, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software and operating systems, ensuring compliance with company standards and security policies.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and devices via Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune).
  • Set up and troubleshoot network devices such as switches, access points, printers, and conference room equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance on local IT infrastructure, including patching, updates, and hardware replacements.
  • Monitor and escalate network or infrastructure incidents as needed to global IT or third-party vendors.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees preparing laptops, accounts, and access according to procedures.
  • Document configurations, incidents, and resolutions in the IT service management system.
  • Support local IT projects (hardware refreshes, Wi-Fi upgrades, software rollouts, etc.).
  • Maintain a strong security posture by applying IT policies and ensuring device compliance.
What Youll Bring:
  • Hands-on experience in IT support or infrastructure operations, ideally in a corporate or enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of Windows 11 and macOS administration and troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of network fundamentals VLANs, IP configuration, DHCP/DNS, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and switch/AP management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Intune and endpoint management tools.
  • Support mobile devices.
  • Basic understanding of ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow/ Jira/ Fresh service or similar) and ITIL-based workflows. - ITSM
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
  • Should have supported 100+ users in the past.
  • Certification: Microsoft 365 Certificated: Endpoint Administrator Associate, ITILv4 Foundation
  • Experience with MDM tools is required, specifically
  • Apple Device Management (Apple BS Manager)
  • Patching solutions like Microsoft WSUS, Patch My PC, SolarWinds.
Must Have Skills:
  • Laptop setup and support (Windows and Mac)
