About the Role-

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems, supporting end-users, and maintaining security and efficiency across all business operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to train and support employees in a fast-paced environment.

Objectives of the Role:-

? Maintain and monitor essential IT operations including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, desktops, laptops, and hardware/software.

? Handle business-critical IT tasks, system improvements, and ensure minimal downtime.

? Support faster, smarter business processes by leveraging technology solutions.

? Research, test, and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software forpotential adoption.

? Act as the subject-matter expert for Mac OS X, Windows, Microsoft Suite, Adobe, and Google Workspace.

Key Responsibilities:-

? Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones.

? Analyze staff needs, identify vulnerabilities, and implement IT solutions to boostefficiency.

? Execute system and network design, documentation, implementation, testing, andadministration to ensure seamless business operations.

? Implement application/software upgrades and troubleshoot performance issues.

? Provide technical support and training to employees for effective use of IT systems and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

? Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.

? Proficient in TCP/IP networking with hands-on experience in server management and administration.

? Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Mac), IT equipment, enterprise

backup/recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools.

? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

? Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.

? Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
