Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networks
Monitor system performance and ensure secure, reliable operations
Manage user access, email setups, and basic server operations
Maintain IT inventory, licenses, and documentation
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and service requirements
Ensure antivirus, backups, and security updates are running effectively
Assist employees with IT-related issues in a timely and professional manner
Skills & Requirements
Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking
Experience with routers, firewalls, and LAN/WAN setup preferred
Problem-solving ability with good communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support tickets
