Job Description
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization.
- Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and
- Provide documentation and technical specifications for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure.

- Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are
- Creation and managing Computer and Server policies and restrict the access to the users.
- Unser On boarding \xe2\x80\x93Creation of User accounts and providing folder permissions based on the business requirements based on the user\xe2\x80\x99s Job Role.
- Ensure Security by performing monthly encrypted backup of the Firewall and updating the firmware when available.
- Creation of Microsoft office accounts and Managing the Licensing and policies that are set up for the organization and troubleshooting office applications.
