Description & Requirements
As an IT Technical Support Specialist, you will support end-users with laptop hardware, application troubleshooting, and audio-visual (AV) operations at Infor. Your role involves supporting in-person and virtual events, coordinating projects, and providing technical assistance via telephone, email, and direct interaction. You will also contribute to the efficient use of Information Technology across the organization.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields (B.Sc, BCA, B.Tech, Diploma in AV/Electronics).

Age : within 30 years.
3-4 years of experience in IT support.
Proficient in Windows 11, Linux (Ubuntu), and macOS.
Expertise in laptop hardware troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Office 365, cloud technologies, and virtualization.
Familiarity with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and general applications like MS Office, Adobe, and VPN.
Experience in installing and supporting printers.
Strong understanding of network architectures and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Proficiency with IT ticketing tools.
Scripting knowledge (PowerShell/Python) is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
A customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
