Job Description

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:


Assist in assigning and resolving IT service tickets New laptop and desktop imaging and installing various security tools and applications Support and troubleshoot end-user desktop computing issues Address security-related vulnerabilities at end-user computers reported by Mcafee and CrowdStrike security tools Monthly Windows patching using Tivoli endpoint manager Miscellaneous hardware support such as printer, scanner, etc On-site support for end users Network monitoring and basic troubleshooting Projector, video conference and web meeting support Inventory control and management for hardware and software Basic Infra & Server setup as and when needed Manage end-to-end purchase of computers and accessories via document control system ETQ and SAP Coordinate with external vendor for project delivery and troubleshooting

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in related fields Preferably with 5-10 years of relevant experience
