Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support for all IT-related queries and technical issues raised by staff.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems in a timely manner.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other office equipment.
Respond to system outages and escalate issues as necessary.
Manage user accounts, email setup, access rights, and software licenses.
Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems to ensure optimal performance.
Document all support requests, resolutions, and updates in the IT ticketing system.
Collaborate with external vendors for repairs, warranties, or specialized support.
Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and data protection standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an IT support or technical support role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
Familiarity with office productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, etc.).
Basic understanding of networking principles (LAN/WAN, routers, switches).
Excellent problem-solving, diagnostic, and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
