Roles & Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, scanners, and other hardware devices Provide technical support for hardware, software, and basic network-related issues across offices and centers Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi networks Troubleshoot system, network, and connectivity issues and ensure minimal downtime Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, replacements, and AMC-related activities Ensure proper functioning of CCTV systems, biometric devices, and other IT peripherals Travel to Sevalaya centers when required for IT support and installations
Experience Requirement

1-3 years of relevant experience in IT hardware and networking support
Work Nature

Full-time On-site support with occasional field visits to centers
