Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to manage and provide

IT support

at our aluminium-based manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and also supporting internal IT infrastructure to maintain seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support

Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues on the factory floor and office.

Coordinate with external IT vendors for system upgrades and troubleshooting. Maintain and support ERP systems at the time of technical issues (e.g.,Tally, etc.) which are used in supply chain and finance. IT related purchasing works to be done. Maintain and support biometrics and other devices in the company. maintain and support system issues related to manufacturing [Eg: foundry systems and other systems] organise daily meetings and maintain MOM with action plan target date. Assist in data backup, cybersecurity protocols, and basic system administration. Train staff on proper use of business-critical systems and tools. Monitor and report IT system performance, issues, and resolutions.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in a similar function role in manufacturing (preferably aluminium or metals). Strong knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management, and workflows. Hands-on experience with IT hardware/software troubleshooting and user support. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure.

Preferred Skills

Experience with aluminium or manufacturing industries. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or custom ERP systems. Basic understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy protocols. Familiarity with automation tools or IoT in manufacturing environments.
