Job Description

Core responsibilities

Provide technical assistance:

Respond to user requests for help with hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in person.

Install and configure systems:

Set up new hardware, software, and user accounts. This includes workstations, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

Maintain and troubleshoot systems:

Monitor system performance, diagnose and solve problems, and perform repairs or replacements of faulty components.

Ensure security:

Help maintain data security and implement security measures.

Support upgrades and new applications:

Assist with the rollout of new software and system upgrades.

Document issues:

Track and manage support requests, create tickets, and document technical processes.
Essential skills and qualifications

Technical skills:

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking. Experience with different operating systems, like Windows and Mac, is often required.

Problem-solving:

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems quickly and efficiently.

Communication:

Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for explaining technical solutions to non-technical users.

Customer service:

Ability to work with users in a helpful and patient manner.

Organizational skills:

Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize issues effectively.

Education/Certifications:

An associate's degree in a related field or certifications like A+ are often beneficial.
English Communication skills are Mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
