Key Responsibilities:
Manage
MIS software
Provide
technical support
for computers, printers, and other peripherals.
Perform
hardware and software maintenance
as required.
Co-ordinate other expert service required on maintenance.
Monitor and maintain
network and internet connectivity
.
Support and troubleshoot
CCTV systems
and related equipment.
Travel to collection centres and main branches
to ensure proper functioning of computers and accessories.
Handle and resolve day-to-day
technical issues
efficiently.
Qualifications:
BCA
,
B.Sc, Diploma (IT/Computer Science)
, or any other
related field
.
Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and software installation.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to travel between branches as needed.
