Academic Qualification:



B.Sc. (IT), MCA, B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science or IT) 2022/23/24 Pass-outs from reputed institutions. with 55% or higher aggregate marks.

Responsibilities:



Provide Technical Support: Offer timely and effective technical support via phone, email, or in-person for all IT-related issues.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues, including operating systems (Windows, macOS), applications, and peripherals.

Network Maintenance: Assist with network-related tasks such as configuring Wi-Fi, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and managing user access.

Hardware and Software Management: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and other IT equipment. This includes setting up new workstations for new employees.

User Training: Provide basic training to end-users on how to use new hardware or software.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all IT support requests and their resolutions in a ticketing system.

Security: Ensure all systems are protected with the latest antivirus software and adhere to company security policies.

Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members to resolve complex issues and contribute to ongoing IT projects."
