We are seeking an experienced IT Support Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in managing IT support operations. As an IT Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT support team, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage and lead the IT support team
Develop and implement IT support policies and procedures
Monitor and prioritize support tickets
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues
Collaborate with other departments to improve IT systems and processes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Strong knowladge of Computer / Laptop hardware
Must have knowladeg of LAN and Good to have knowladge of WAN
Excellant understanding of Backups / Antivirus / CCTV
5-10 years of experience in IT support roles
Proven experience in managing IT support operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
IT certifications such as ITIL are a plus
