JOB TITLE : IT SUPPORT



IT System Management:

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, inventory management systems, and other retail-specific technologies.
Ensure the smooth operation of hardware and software in retail stores, including cash drawer, barcode scanners, and printers, Weighing machine
. o Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance and security.

Retail Technology Support

Provide day-to-day technical support to retail teams for any IT-related issues.
Troubleshoot network connectivity, application errors, and hardware malfunctions.
Train retail staff on the use of IT systems and tools.
Integration and Upgrades:

Collaborate with the IT and Retail teams to implement new technologies or system upgrades.
Ensure data integrity and successful integration of third-party applications.
Cybersecurity and Compliance:

Implement security measures to protect customer data and retail systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,595.67 - ₹28,428.06 per month
