We are looking for a skilled IT Support (L2) to join SFJ Business Solutions, a leading E-Learning company based in Bengaluru. As an IT Support (L2), you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our internal team and clients. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and resolving any technical issues efficiently.
You will be involved in a variety of projects related to troubleshooting hardware and software problems, installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing network issues, and providing technical guidance to users. This role is essential in maintaining the overall productivity and functionality of our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users in person, via phone, or remote tools
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to network connectivity
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of all systems
Document all technical procedures and user guides
Manage user accounts and permissions
Perform regular system updates and upgrades
Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place
Requirements:
Associate degree in Information Technology or related field
Proven experience as an IT Support specialist or similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS environments
Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Knowledge of network protocols and security
* Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus
