Need to attend and resolve any issues reported by the client on the ticketing system within the time specified in the SLA. Troubleshooting Windows Linux and MAC Operating System Installation and troubleshooting of different applications Knowledge in VPN configuration - SSL and Site to Site Office 365 administration - Office 365 Users & Groups, User Data Cloud Backup, Sharepoint Administration Exchange User mailbox creation and Mailbox migration Knowledge of Microsoft Licensing - O365, Visual Studio Employee on-boarding and off-boarding process Maintaining Hardware assets Active Directory Management (Users and Groups) Providing technical support on hardware related problems Azure intune knowledge on installation and reseting of computers through intune portal Knowledge on Remoting tools like Dameware, Connectwise, Logmein. Knowledge on Virtual Machines - Hyper-V and VMWare ESXi Basic knowledge on networking, like subnetting, tracing routes and ports, LAN and WAN
