Job Description

Provide first-level IT support to client for hardware, software, and networking issues. Assist in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, and peripherals. Support installation and updates of operating systems (

Windows/Linux/macOS

). Help with network monitoring, IP configuration, and Wi-Fi/LAN troubleshooting. Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and user guides. Assist with email setup, conferencing tools, and office productivity applications. Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff as needed.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
